Flom Boutique Hotel - Florence

Excellent location and friendly staff

The hotel is perfectly situated. Our room was spacious, and the balcony offered a lovely spot to relax. The cooperative staff were helpful, especially in offering recommendations for local dining. One downside was that our room wasn't cleaned on the second day despite notifying the front desk. This was a bit disappointing.

Generally, the place was fantastic and had super friendly stuff in such a manner. Fruit juices, croissants, cereal, bakery, and fresh fruit served in the bar.

Marvellous and comfortable location very close to many activities, also the train station and all the local tourist spots, could not be better.

Beds were not comfortable.

Water running noise from adjacent rooms disrupts sleep!!! Small shower size is impractical!!! Noise disturbances from the street make resting difficult!!!

Truly enjoyed this place, it was excellent. It had very central location close to an indoor market hall. My triple room was cosy & good. A safe, a minibar, and central heating were available here.

The room was nice, but I struggled to find parking nearby.

A Florence adventure 🏛️🍕

Breakfast was a lekker feast! Those croissants were to die for. And location? Just a stroll to everything! The staff were chommies, so helpful with stuff to do. A bang for your buck!

I thought i'd enjoy my stay, but the telephone was broken, forcing me down to reception like it's 1999. And don't even get me started on the balcony chairs-too hard to enjoy my precious moments of relaxation! A complimentary upgrade would havve been a nice touch, but alas, just another disappointment. Almost gave it a good review, but couldn't.

Hotel would benefit from some routine, low level maintenance. E.G. window shutters could not be locked shut but could be fixed with basic tool kit; very nice public terrace but several chairs broken etc

It was convenient because I attended a meeting within walking distance

We stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room. The breakfast was fantastic and the chilled lime water in the lobby after long days was such a refreshing touch! the air conditioning was quite loud at night, which was a bit bothersome.

Staff spoke English, were helpful and provided excellent breakfast. Close to train station. Good restaurants nearby.

Beds very narrow and uncomfortable. Bathroom excessively small. Location fairly nnear Accademia (David) but not so good for Uffizzi and others. Most sites and Ponte Vecchi at least a 20 minute walk.
